No returns on special orders. Return on in stock items within 30 days (full boxes only with 25% restocking fee). No returns on slabs or prefabs. Slabs stored for longer than 60 days will incur a $100 per month fee (prorated). Installation of material constitutes acceptance. Variations in natural stone are inherent. Once slabs leave our premises, CTCSD shall not be liable for any quality, variety, color, shade or veining problems. Credit card purchase cancellations and refunds will be charges a 4% precessing fee.
