Beautiful place. Great service. I needed some odd tile for a rental property and they had it on hand. One piece was obsolete but they showed me how to make it out of what they had on hand. It was an $11 sale for them but they treated me like it was an $11,000 sale.

All in all a GREAT experience - excellent selection and fair price. I highly recommend Ceramic Tile Center! Thanks for the excellent service! Also one last thing - they had some awesome candy that I snagged and they offered me a bottle of water! love this place!

Anyone who embarks on a remodel or builds their dream home discovers quickly what a tumultuous endeavor it can be. It can be emotionally, physically, and mentally draining. With Christine at my side from Ceramic Tile Center, we were able to navigate the myriad of choices and challenges because of her skill, knowledge, and expertise. Her skills are not limited to this business but most importantly how to deal with emotional customers.

I have redone a bathroom utilizing CTC and was very happy. Today am going back for the supplies for my kitchen remodel. THe staff has been superb, giving me ideas and assisting me in color choices/ coordination recommendation.

We came into Ceramic Tile Center with only a vague idea of what we wanted on our master bath remodel. We met with Amber Donske, and not only did she help us with an excellent design, and beautiful granite and tile, she also helped line us up with contractors, sources and recommendations for the other pieces of the puzzle. We can't recommend her highly enough. She really knows what she's doing, and is a pleasure to work with. 5 stars plus !!

We went to CTC last year while working on a remodel of a home for family. Amber was our consultant and designer. She did such a wonderful job in finding substitutions, solutions, etc. that when a new project came up, we went right to CTC and Amber to see what she could do to help us. She is wonderful as are the other staff members at CTC. They totally get the meaning of customer service! I would recommend Amber and CTC to anyone doing remodeling work.

I’ve worked with the new owners of ceramic tile center since they purchased the store. I can tell everyone that these are the most experienced and qualified people in the Tile and granite business in Reno. The owners are a Nevada state tile contractor that I’ve known for the last 27 years, his son is next to him and his other partner is one of the sharpest interior designers flat out hands down amazing. These people have staff in the showroom who actually care not only about your home like it was their own, but are some of the kindest smartest bunch of people you could hope to help you with new ideas and this is all from seeing with my own eyes. The owners have had all hands on every product in the showroom, they actually make it their life’s mission to have the best quality products available. I am so proud to have found a place I can go where everyone there has extensive knowledge of projects from start to finish, and they have been around the highest end of projects to the basic bathroom remodel. Ceramic Tile Center would and is always my first choice because of the people and the products. Product quality is at the top of the list along with people who can actually help. I’m super happy to give this company 5 stars without hesitation.

Jamie and her team were professional, accommodating and extremely knowledgable. I had three bathrooms in need of remodeling and Jamie and her team worked quickly and efficiently to pull together excellent options for each bathroom. Going above and beyond, they came and measured my bathrooms and created drawings for each along with suggestions on how to best optimize and update the spaces, eliminating the need to hire a designer. I couldn't be happier!

I walked into Ceramic Tile Center and had NO idea what I was looking for. Jamie took time to ask pertinent questions to understand what I was trying to accomplish. She sent me home with six samples. I returned to see Jamie because none of the tile seemed to be perfect. Jamie persisted, ordered a sample from California and went above and beyond what I would have received at any other tile store. What a wonderful place. We did a remodel and added a bath and laundry room. CTC helped us find the perfect tile and a fantastic tiler. Wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. They will work with you so that whatever your project is it will be fabulous.
